Remy hair is the highest quality of real human hair used in extensions. All cuticles are aligned in the same direction, which reduces tangling and ensures a soft, natural blend.

Not when applied and removed properly. When installed by a trained professional and maintained using best practices, Kioma extensions should not damage your natural hair.

Absolutely. Use the Kioma hair extension brush, specifically designed to glide through hair and around extension bonds for daily maintenance.

Yes, though we recommend choosing from Kioma’s wide range of multidimensional shades, designed to blend beautifully without the need for coloring.

While coloring isn’t recommended (and will void the warranty), if a custom tone is needed, it must be done by a licensed professional carefully following these guidelines:

  • Always color before installation, never after
  • Use only semi-, demi-permanent, or direct dye
  • Never lift the color (do not bleach or lighten); only deposit pigment
  • Avoid the bonds or attachment points entirely during the coloring process
  • Perform a strand test first to check how the hair reacts

For best results and to preserve the integrity of your investment, we suggest selecting from our existing shade range or requesting a color match through our support team.

Shipping & Fulfillment

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. No shipping or delivery on weekends.

Orders placed before 2:30 PM CST ship the same day, if there are no issues (e.g., stock or address problems).

Ensure your contact info is up to date in case we need to reach you.

All orders are shipped from our Houston, Texas warehouse.

Shipping delays due to weather, strikes, or carrier issues are outside our control and are not refundable. 

Order Issues & Delivery Questions

If Kioma is responsible for the delay, we’ll refund your shipping.

Delays from carriers or incorrect customer info are not eligible for refunds.

Tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
We’ll investigate, but we’re not liable for stolen packages. Please ship to a secure location. You can also use UPS MyChoice for added control over delivery.

Call us immediately at (713) 429-5780. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to accomodate changes.

Changes can’t be made once shipped. You can contact UPS for rerouting or initiate a return once it arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

Email info@kiomapro.com with your order number, the reason for return, and whether you want a refund or exchange.

Must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your RMA form.

You do unless the issue was caused by a Kioma error, in which case we’ll cover the return shipping.

Returns are inspected and processed within 24 hours of arrival. Hair must be unaltered no coloring, cutting, or chemical changes.

  • Exchanges allowed within 30 days on unaltered hair
  • The original item must be returned within 10 days of RMA issuance or you will be charged for both
