Shipping & Fulfillment

Order Processing:
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are not shipped on weekends.

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff:
Orders placed before 2:30 PM CST will ship the same day, provided there are no issues such as stock shortages or incorrect addresses.
Please make sure your contact details are accurate in case we need to reach you.

Shipping Origin:
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Houston, Texas.

Carriers Used:

  • UPS for most standard orders

  • USPS for shipments to PO Boxes

Shipping Rates & Options:

  • UPS Ground: $14.00

  • UPS 2-Day: $34.00

  • UPS Next Day Priority: $46.00

  • UPS Saturday Delivery (Fridays only): $69.00

Important Note:
Shipping delays caused by weather, strikes, or carrier-related issues are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.


Order Issues & Delivery Questions

Delayed Orders:
If a delay is caused by Kioma, we will refund your shipping fee.
Delays due to incorrect shipping info or carrier issues do not qualify for refunds.

Tracking Shows Delivered, But No Package:
If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive your order:

  • We will help investigate the issue

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages

  • We recommend using a secure delivery address and signing up for UPS MyChoice for more control

Changes or Cancellations:
To change or cancel an order, call us immediately at (713) 429-5780.
If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to assist.
Once shipped, no changes can be made. You may contact UPS for rerouting or wait to initiate a return.
