How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

Email Info@kiomapro.com with your order number, a brief reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

You must begin the return within 5 days of receiving your RMA.
Eligibility & Conditions

Hair must be unaltered — no coloring, cutting, or chemical processing.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

For exchanges, the original item must be returned within 10 days of RMA issuance, or you may be charged for both items.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at Info@kiomapro.com within 24 hours. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the issue is due to a Kioma error, we’ll cover return shipping.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us at Info@kiomapro.com.
Need to Cancel or Modify an Order?
Call us immediately at (713) 429-5780. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, no modifications can be made.
