What’s Not Covered?

Excessive heat styling or inadequate care.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., dryness, breakage, fading, or frizz).

Alterations, including cutting the attachment points for wefts, tapes, or keratin bonds, or any modifications to the extensions.

Damage resulting from chemical treatments or products.

5

Sale items, which are considered final sale.

Wavy and curly textures are not included under this warranty, and fading in certain colors, like pastel or vibrant shades, is not regarded as a manufacturing defect.

To start a return, please follow the return and shipping instructions provided. Returned hair should be in its original condition; any used or altered items will not be accepted.

If the return is approved, a refund or store credit will be issued after inspection, which may take up to 7 business days.

A restocking fee of $8 and a shipping charge of $10 will be deducted from your refund for returned items.
