Hair Warranty
Kioma. Professionals stand behind the quality of our professional hair extensions. This warranty applies only to verified manufacturing or material defects.
All warranty periods begin on the original purchase date, not the installation date.
Warranty Coverage
Approved warranty claims may qualify for the following:
Within 30 days: 100% replacement or hair credit
Days 31–45: 75% hair credit

50% issued upon approval

An additional 25% issued after the affected hair is returned and received
Days 46–60: 50% hair credit

25% issued upon approval
-
An additional 25% issued after the affected hair is returned and received
Days 61–90: Reviewed and resolved at the discretion of kioma. Professional
Coverage is based on the original cost of the affected hair.
Warranty claims do not qualify for cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method. Returns of unopened and unused merchandise are handled under a separate return policy.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
Warranty claims must be submitted by the stylist who originally purchased the hair.
Before submitting a claim, the purchasing stylist must:

Inspect the client’s hair in person

Verify the client’s concern

Provide clear photographs or videos
-
Submit evidence and details based on the stylist’s professional assessment
Claims submitted directly by clients will not be accepted.
A completed Warranty Claim Form is required and must be submitted with the request to info@kiomapro.com. Claims will not be reviewed until the completed form and all requested documentation have been received.
Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.
Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for warranty consideration, the hair must:

Have been purchased directly from kioma. Professional

Have been installed and maintained by a licensed professional
-
Have been cared for using professional-grade products and recommended aftercare
-
Be retained and returned for inspection if requested
-
Include proof of purchase and all required claim documentation
Failure to provide the affected hair when requested may result in the claim being denied.
Covered Concerns
Eligible manufacturing or material defects may include:

Excessive or abnormal shedding
-
Defective bonds, tape tabs, tips, attachment points, or weft construction
-
Manufacturing-related discoloration
-
Abnormal texture, tangling, or matting not caused by improper care
Chemical and Color Restrictions
Hair that has been chemically treated, color-treated, or otherwise modified is not eligible for warranty coverage.
This includes:

Bleaching or lightening
-
Coloring or depositing color
-
Toning
-
Purple or blue shampoo
-
Color-depositing shampoos, conditioners, masks, or treatments
-
Perming, relaxing, smoothing, or straightening treatments
-
Any other chemical treatment or alteration
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Improper installation, removal, maintenance, or aftercare
-
Damage caused by excessive heat, tension, unsuitable products, or improper product use
-
Normal wear and tear, including dryness, breakage, frizz, fading, or texture changes
-
Damage caused by hard water, mineral buildup, chlorine, salt water, sunscreen, self-tanner, medication, or environmental exposure
-
Hair that has been altered, discarded, partially returned, or is unavailable for inspection
-
Sale, clearance, discontinued, or final-sale merchandise
Claim Review
Claims are generally reviewed within seven business days after all required documentation and requested hair have been received. Additional time may be required for incomplete or complex claims.
kioma. Professional reserves the right to determine whether a concern is related to a manufacturing defect, installation, maintenance, normal wear, product use, chemical exposure, or another outside factor.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval. Warranty decisions are final.
