We are committed to the quality of our hair extensions and offer a 30-day warranty that covers factory defects, as long as the hair has not been bleached, colored, or modified in any way. To be eligible for this warranty, the hair must be applied and maintained by a professional. If any defects arise within the 30-day period and these conditions are met, we will provide a refund or exchange after inspecting the hair.
Eligibility Requirements:
Hair must be applied by a professional.
Only professional-grade products should be utilized; using non-professional products may void the warranty.
No chemical treatments (e.g., bleaching, coloring) should have been performed.
Extensions must not be subjected to excessive heat or stress.
What’s Covered?
The warranty covers defects related to material or manufacturing. If defects occur within the first 30 days of purchase, we will inspect the returned hair and offer a refund or exchange for the purchase price. The hair must be returned in its entirety for inspection to qualify for a refund or exchange, addressing issues like excessive shedding, unmanageable texture, or discoloration.
What’s Not Covered?
Excessive heat styling or inadequate care.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., dryness, breakage, fading, or frizz).
Alterations, including cutting the attachment points for wefts, tapes, or keratin bonds, or any modifications to the extensions.
Damage resulting from chemical treatments or products.
Sale items, which are considered final sale.
Wavy and curly textures are not included under this warranty, and fading in certain colors, like pastel or vibrant shades, is not regarded as a manufacturing defect.
Important Notes
To start a return, please follow the return and shipping instructions provided. Returned hair should be in its original condition; any used or altered items will not be accepted.
If the return is approved, a refund or store credit will be issued after inspection, which may take up to 7 business days.
A restocking fee of $8 and a shipping charge of $10 will be deducted from your refund for returned items.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund on your statement.
